These terms govern your use of Pulse AI. By using our mobile app and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pulse AI mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreements ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.

Pulse AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered assistance for email management, CRM functionality, and productivity enhancement.

Privacy first

3. Data Processing & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your data responsibly.

We prioritize processing your data on your device using Apple Intelligence whenever possible, keeping your information private and secure.

Third-Party AI Processing

Some features may send data to OpenAI or other AI providers for processing. We do not retain or store this data after processing is complete.

Email Data Privacy

We do not store any of your email content or attachments. All email data remains on your device or is processed ephemerally.

Important Privacy Commitments:

  • We do not store your email data. Your email content and attachments remain on your device.
  • On-device processing is our default. We use Apple Intelligence when possible to keep your data local.
  • Ephemeral third-party processing. When we send data to OpenAI or other providers, we do not retain it after processing.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pulse Pro Subscription

  • Monthly or yearly subscription plans available
  • Pricing displayed at time of enrollment in the app
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Access to premium features and enhanced AI capabilities

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel anytime through the app settings
  • Contact hello@pulsecrm.cloud for cancellation assistance
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Access continues until end of billing period after cancellation

Subscription Management

Monthly and yearly subscription fees are determined at the time of enrollment through the App. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at hello@pulsecrm.cloud.

Your obligations

5. User Responsibilities

By using Pulse AI, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Ownership

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionality, and all associated intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of Pulse AI and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months

Account management

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the App and canceling any active subscriptions.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Jurisdiction

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Updates

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
